Mexican Casserole

1 15 oz. can Hormel Turkey Chili, No beans

1 10 oz. can Old El Paso Medium Enchilada Sauce

1 15 oz. can Tomato Sauce

1 cup grated Velveeta

1 tablespoon grated onion

½ package Fritos

 

Mix all ingredients in a casserole pan.  You may option to cover with Velveeta in the center and Fritos around the edges for appearance. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until the casserole is bubbling in the center.  Stir Fritos in the fluids to soften.  Allow to set at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
